Shipping
If you're in the continental US, Shipping is FREE! 
All orders are shipped via USPS.  Please be sure to confirm that your shipping and billing addresses are accurate to avoid shipping delays or missed orders.  Allow 7-15 business days for your order to arrive.  If you've ordered an item that has been updated to out of stock, be sure to email askthejewelrylady@gmail.com to receive an estimated arrival date.  Please allow for delays due to closings, holidays and unforeseen severe weather events.  If you have questions, please contact askthejewelrylady@gmail.com.

How often do you add products?
Products are added anywhere from once to 5 times a week.  We are always adding new styles!
Are all of your available products in your online store?
No, there are exclusive products available when we do local events.  You can get updates about  our events on Instagram, Twitter & Facebook.  You can order via the message feature & will be sent a PayPal invoice.  Shipping is FREE! (see full details in the shipping description area)
Basic Product Questions
General Inquiries
If you have questions or concerns (color, length, size, etc.) regarding a piece, please contact The Jewelry Lady via email at askthejewelrylady@gmail.com immediately.  It is highly suggested that you request more information or a more detailed picture of the item you'd like to order if it is not noted before placing an order.  All pieces are thoroughly inspected for quality prior to being shipped to the customer.
Special/Bulk Orders
Need jewelry for a bridal party?  Choir or group?  Play or special event?  Book signing or photo shoot? 
The Jewelry Lady is able to take special orders (specific colors, styles, orders of more than 10 of an item, etc.) upon request.  Please provide specifics for your order or use the contact form for help.  The Jewelry Lady will make every effort to find a style to suit your need!
Large or bulk orders (more than 5 items of the same style) require immediate payment & may require additional shipping time.

Refunds & Exchanges
All requests for refunds or exchanges must be made in writing to The Jewelry Lady via email at askthejewelrylady@gmail.com.  Requests must be made within 7 business days of customer receipt (or 10 business days of shipment if date of receipt cannot be determined). 

Refunds are granted on any unworn, unaltered merchandise returned in the original packaging. 

In the event of an exchange, all merchandise must be returned unworn & include all original packaging.  Exchanges are granted for items of equal value. The customer will pay the difference plus tax for an item costing more than the exchanged item.  The Jewelry Lady will refund the difference plus tax for an item costing less than the exchanged item.  The Jewelry Lady will pay the shipping for the replacement item.   Customers requesting an exchange must pay shipping for the returned item.   Please be advised that the item requested for replacement may be out of stock at the time of the request.  Allow 2-4 weeks for your item to come back in stock.  You will be kept up to date on the progress of your exchange as changes develop.  *To receive a shipping refund, the amount of shipping paid must be on the package or included in the package.  If the shipping is not noted or included, the USPS rate of shipping will be determined by weight & location & refunded to the customer via PayPal or via the original purchase method.

The customer has 7 days from date of receipt (or 10 days from date of shipment if date of receipt cannot be determined) to request an exchange/refund.   In the event of a refund, The Jewelry Lady will refund the full purchase price including shipping upon receipt of the unaltered, unworn merchandise in the original packaging.  Allow 30 days for receipt of a refund or exchange.  If the item requested for an exchange is not available, the customer has the option of receiving a refund or another item in its place.
